Speex/iLBC codec on Symbian doesnt work.

Hi Anu,

If you could find the previous discussion you would know that it is
about CPU utilization, since Speex and iLBC are among the high
complexity codecs.

I read somewhere that Speex could run on Symbian (ARM5, 9, etc) by
compiling it using optimizing compiler (e.g: RealView ARM compiler).
It would be great if somebody successfully managed Speex running on
Symbian and share his/her experience here.
