Benny, I investigate it little bit further and same case happen to me here. Before I was sending from different port than was in SIP header fields Via and Contact. That's why ALG haven't rewrite the headers. When I have any port which I send from and is same in UDP and SIP header fields and I am sending to port 5060 my addresses get rewritten.
