stack overflow assertion

Witam! :)

We just tried to reproduce this in pjsua, unfortunately I could not get the
assertion, everything works well here. The scenario was: conference is
active (sound port is connected read/write), with/without
plugging/unplugging USB sound device, with/without changing default sound
device.

Could you confirm that you are using 0.9.0? Since this assertion problem may
occur in 0.8.0.
