linking error on latest svn version of pjsua_wince

Hi hitesh,

rather than disabling unicode i think we can resolve this by adding link lib
path correctly. Ws2.*lib and *Winsock2.h are associated with this.
i tried removing UNICODE/_UNICODE from pjsua_wince project settings also. it
didnt solve the issue.

is there any other method i can carryout this ?
