Question about supported TURN draft version

Hi Daisuke,

pjsip-0.9 will implement the latest TURN, whatever the latest will be, so it
will be at least turn-06. I'll be working on it in the next few days.

I think turn-05 should be supported by current pjnath code, since I don't
recall there were many changes from turn-03 to 05. But it's still not
integrated with ICE unfortunately (I'll be working on that too).
