Hi benny..

(1) yes u r absolutely right , OS_NAME=auto should work fine .i was always thinking that ..since my os is linux ..i have to change OS_NAME =linux...but it was giving error ....
and please check all the macros in os_auto.h are undefined ... ...that is also causing error...

(2) regarding using the default executable..:

default executable has the following discription :
pjsua-arm-unknown-linux-gnu: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, ARM, version 1 (ARM), for GNU/Linux 2.0.0, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), not stripped

I don't know how to set the PATH to dynamically link the shared libs and run it on the
arm target ,thats the reason i was trying to build pjsua-apps.c statically and run it on arm...
do u have any idea how to run dynamically linked executable...

(3) regarding RTP and RTCP
Please see that in pjsua_media.c the pj_gethostip() is not taking address from hostip as it does for TCP in sip_transport_tcp.c...
i am not sure about it ..but every time i run the executable it is showing that :
pjsua_media.c: RTP socket reachable at 46.
pjsua_media.c: RTCP socket reachable at 46.
and giving error : unable to create contact header

i am using the latest svn update 15-01-2008 ...
  please look into it...

  Thanks
  Anitha Suresh
