questions about pjsua_call_answer, which code will send ring or connected status?

I want to use pjsua_call_answer(callid, 200, NULL, NULL) to answer the IP phone.
 
could you tell me which code will make IP phone hear ring?
 
and which code will make the callsetup connected then can hear voice?
