# in the username of a request URI

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,

It seems that the parser can't handle a # in the username part of the
Request URI. I know that technically the # is supposed to be escaped to
its hexadecimal equivalent, but practically, many proxies and SBCs don't
send it like that (for example nextone), and will actually break if you
send it to them. So where in the parser do I need to make a change to
allow it?

Thanks,

Brocha
