Using PJSUA/PJMedia without sound device

Hi,

Sure it is possible. You can set PJSIP to use the Null Sound Device
which is not depending on anything. At compile time you can specify to
use null audio or at runtime you can use the --null-sound flag of the
PJSUA application.
