VAD matter

I am going to use the first alternative, but how can I call pjmedia_conf_get_signal_level() from pjsua?

PJ_DECL(pj_status_t) pjmedia_conf_get_signal_level(pjmedia_conf *conf,         unsigned slot,         unsigned *tx_level,         unsigned *rx_level);

I don't know how to get the conf.
For a single call between two clints, the slot value could be 0, right?
The tx and rx level are the results expected.

Thanks!
