pjsip on symbian

Sorry for the late reply. We're just starting working on Symbian 
again yesterday. So far it looks promising, the sound device 
abstraction works. And as it was the last hurdle for running pjsip 
on the phone, hopefully we can get a working pjsua sample on the 
phone this year.
