Those are pretty tough. TCP media on itself is quite difficult to implement, not too difficult but nevertheless is not straightforward since it needs to interact with SDP. Then the t38, I don't know this well so I can't say if it can be accommodated by the media framework. Where does the output of t38 decoding go (or the input of t386 encoding come from)?
