Probably (and I'll leave it to you to prove it ;-) ).

 From your mail before, it looks like you have ALSA installed, but 
the sndinfo output above doesn't show any ALSA devices. This 
probably was caused by missing alsa-devel package in your system. So 
try installing alsa-devel and do ./configure again.

In any case, make sure that no other program is using the sound 
device before you start pjsua.
