New pjmedia sound driver...

Hi Christian,

Yes you can start from nullsound.c and others drivers like  directsound 
or portaudio.
You can read :

and this : understanding media flow
http://pjsip.org/trac/wiki/media-flow

But before you should verify if portaudio has been already ported on 
your platform. You will gain more time.
