Andre, pjsip does run on ARM. In general you can use http://www.pjsip.org/using.htm as a starting point, especially if you are planning to use Linux on the board. If not then it depends on the dev environment the board supports. Usually it's gcc based so maybe you can still use configure scripts etc. Good luck.
