[pjsip] Registration: cached credentials don't work?

Please disregard. Turns out, while documentation on  
PJSIP_AUTH_HEADER_CACHING, PJSIP_AUTH_AUTO_SEND_NEXT say they default  
to 1, they're not defined by default. Once these are set, everything  
behaves as expected.
