[pjsip] - register

I register a phone 4983-1 at ... . The register works. But, when I try to  
make a call, it will be dropped as soon as the other side pick up. I  
was used the pjsip 0.5.10.4. And I do not have any problem in 0.5.10.  
Also, I register a phone with 00114. It does not have that problem in  
the 0.5.10.4 . I think the problem could come from a phone with '-'.
