Try running pjsua with:
    ./pjsua --play-file YOURFILE.WAV --auto-play --auto-answer 200

This commands will automatically answer incoming calls with 200, and 
then stream YOURFILE.WAV to the caller. You can then use other 
endpoint to call this pjsua instance.
