Yes, but I think the problem is not really the charset encoding but the
data encoding ? I mean the "SOAP-ENC:Struct"
If the encoding is Array, it seems to work.

The encoding "Struct" is present in php_encoding.h, I don't understand
hy I
have this error.
Can anyone help me with this error ?
