You mean full url for the xsd files?
There are a couple of problems:
1. The service provider is not compliant with this idea
2. Manual search and replace will not fix the problem as the schemas
that are imported also use the include directive(?) to pull in other
schemas.
I have not yet tested #2 fully so I'll let you know how I go.
