WSO2 Web Services Framework/PHP (http://wso2.org/projects/wsf/php) has
released 1.0alpha2 (http://dist.wso2.org/products/wsf/php/1.0alpha2/)
This is an open source PHP extension with Apache license, that supports
full WS-* stack. This release has support for WS-Addressing, MTOM,
WS-Security signing and encryption, WS-Reliable Messaging as well as the
capability to generate WSDL file for a given service script.
