As far as I have searched these test registries they mostly contain references to http://localhost/something.wsdl or C:\WebService\Test.wsdl in the overviewURL in tModel's. I've tried a few searches on the public UDDI registries and find some references from time to time to services available. wsdl2php is now living at SourceForge by the way (http://sourceforge.net/projects/wsdl2php/).
