Hi, I am designing a website that requires storing data in 3 different languages, English, Portuguese and Tetum. When I read the data from the database the accented characters are displayed as a ? in Firefox and Opera, a square in IE and correctly in Chrome How can I convert it on the fly and display the data correctly?
