That code showed all...THANKS!

The data is being extracted but not making it to the variables.

    while ($newArray = oci_fetch_assoc($result)) {
        print_r($newArray);                 // everything!!! is there
        foreach ($fields as $field){
            ${$field} = $newArray[$field];    // here...works under MySQL
