Oh yes it has...  Perl is a memory monster...

I have no problems to soupport over 17.000 Users on 32 CPU
machine with 64 GByte of memory using apache 1.3 and php5.

Perl would just kill the machine...

Why this?

Sorry?  -  I do exactly the same with my 17.000 users using suphp.
