PHP default_charset = win-1250, mysql: def. char. set cp1250, apahce 2: AddDefaultCharset WINDOWS-1250 (AddCharset WINDOWS-1250 .cp-1250 .win-1250) With php4 with same configuration apache2 and mysql server is all OK.
