Well for one thing, you're telling it to use the module, and then you're also telling it to use php.exe to parse the files, which is CGI. So that won't work. Pick one or the other. Here's the instructions: http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.apache2.php Pick install as a module, or install as CGI.
