I am having some problems with postgresql/adodb. I keep getting the following error with some of my queries that use bigserial: Warning: pg_exec(): Query failed: ERROR: operator does not exist: bigint =? HINT: No operator matches the given name and argument type(s). You may need to add explicit type casts. The guys at adodb say this is a PHP issue but I find it hard to believe I am the first person every to use the bigserial type! Any pointers gratefully received.
