PHP-4.3.7 and OpenSSL Version

If anyone 'listening' has the php 4.3.7 binary installed on Windows, would 
you kindly run phpinfo() and let me know what version of OpenSSL is 
bundled with the release ( should be either 0.9.7c or 0.9.7d ).
