try ..
print "<INPUT TYPE='hidden' NAME='User_name' VALUE='{$_POST[UserName]}'>;
or
print "<INPUT TYPE=\"hidden\" NAME=\"User_name\" VALUE=\"{$_POST[UserName]}
\">;
for a little better HTML.
