Re: Image / file uploader

When I put single quotes in the PHP_SELF and I get this error:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, 
expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING

and I can't use double quotes because its in an echo statement.  What 
am I missing?
echo ("<form method='post' action='$_SERVER['PHP_SELF']' 
encType='multipart/form-data'>

Any more thoughts?
