Hi, I m getting the following error when i access the mysql db through Webmin DBI connect failed : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) What could be the issue. i restarted the mysql <snip> root@ns12 [/home/gihscom/public_html/order]# service mysql restart Killing mysqld with pid 15495 Wait for mysqld to exit\c 030515 13:11:02 mysqld ended done root@ns12 [/home/gihscom/public_html/order]# Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /var/lib/mysql/ </snip> seems like mysql works like charm but why that error when webmin is trying to connect Any ideas suggestions.
