Hi there everyone, Thanks to everyone for their tips and advice on the threading issue. I really don't want to use other software because I want to learn from doing it in my own software, so i'm going to take apart from i've done so far and play and see what I can do, if you see a guy crying on here later with no hair left you'll know i've gone insane from PHP and MySQL :-) Chris
