Cannot access phpmyadmin

Hi,

My computer ip address is 192.168.5.62 with XP and wampserver installed.

http://192.168.5.62 works, but when I tried to access phpmyadmin
http://192.168.5.62/phpmyadmin it doesn't work.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.

Any ideas?
