what i found is no .. but i would like to clarify with the client whether is there any way which i dont know and he will come online only after couple of hours
but how to make this out .....................

that mean you are trying to get data from a standalone site
(completely independent of you, say like ebay.com)
if that is the case the job becomes even more difficult..you will have
to write a web crawler which requests every page from the mother site,
parses every page and then updates the child site.
