I made a small mistake while making the query in posting
field name which is used in table and qry are same

$rec1 = mysql_query($sql1);
$rs1=mysql_fetch_array($rec1);
$ship_county=$rs1['County'];
49 $ship_tax = rs1['Tax'];
$ship_city=$rs1['City'];
