I think creating interactive PDF's is a bit outside the scope of what FPDF
can do.

The good news is it's open and extendable, but I have a feeling you're
looking for a solution that you can just plug and run with.

 

What you probably want is some use of PDFlib, which has some form-specific
stuff.
