i am asked a query like the following ... since im not having idea on this, so im expecting your help
the query follows...
i am looking for a free CMS which has the following features:
- the cms must have a database to save pdf files (maybe more than
10,000). each pdf file contains the scanned picture of an exam.
- the pdf files must be able to be catagorized. for example, exams of the major A, exams of the major B, ...
- the users must sign up to search and download the pdf files.
- the users can upload pdf files but the administrator( s) must accept the insertion of the pdf into the database.
