For security purposes... this type of functionality is NOT support browsers. It's akin to locking your front door to your house... and then throwing a copy of the keys out the window for anyone who wants to to come on in, cause the keys are out there for someone to use. If you have a requirement that JavaScript be enabled in order to use your site... merely specify that somewhere, either ON the site... or to the user community who will be using it.
