Those of you suggesting that the person install additional software (Xamp & easyPHP) obviously don't know tht WAMP is a FULLY contained... under one directory structure... 'package' containing (Apache, MySQL & PHP)... the 'W' portion stands for Windows. So no additional software is needed. All you have to do is follow the installation instructions and then place your PHP source code in the www directory (as others above have suggested)... and you should be fine.
