did you noticed the screenshot one sent you its Arabic right, so problem
somewhere in browser settings.

 

best you can check with other computer too.

I changed my database field into Text and checked my
browser language settings. but nothing changed .my problem is still
occurrence.

Hi, I make my browser support arabic and change the (httpd-languages.conf)
file, but it still can't browse arabic.
the problem is when i insert arabic data from forms into (mysql)DB & open
the table from (http://localhost/ <http://localhost/
<http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/> phpMyAdmin/>
phpMyAdmin/) the data appearse (???????). but if i insert into table from
(http://localhost/ <http://localhost/ <http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/>
phpMyAdmin/> phpMyAdmin/) it appease
arabic character 
but for all, when i select from DB into forms it appearse (????????).
Is my problem obvious or not?

If you have a MySQL Database in there... that might also be a component.

JavaScript doesn't do anything, language-wise. The DATABASE might have
portions of it... 
that control storage of values that are language specific - and you need to
make sure that 
you have created your database and table(s) accordingly.

Apache MIGHT be affecting your problem. Check your httpd.conf file. Look for
language in 
the file, and make necessary changes. The only other component not listed
above is YOUR 
BROWSER. Check to insure that it supports the language you are trying to
use.

The problem is similar in that both languages are multi-byte languages and
present unique 
issues associated with presentation of such.
