I absolutely agree with Rob. Feel the same. I learnt ASP from a friend, but I had to spent days and nights over and over just for one line of code, without asking him. He just showed me the key points, the rest was mine. That's how learnt it. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to do it, he would just write met he codes and I would be looking at them like a stranger. Do you know what I mean? Then I learnt the HOLY SCRIPT, PHP, just on my own. For newbies, Googling works great when faced with a problem, unless the explanation requires another explanation. J So this group is the second address after some googling. Ps: hope I am not bothering you with my own story. In fact, I've done thousands of pounds worth of work for a guy in South America for free. But, I try and go by a few simple rules... 1) Happy to help anyone trying to learn a new language and can't understand the syntax 2) Happy to help anyone trying to set up a site for their own use (non-commercial) 3) Happy to help anyone who has a specific problem with a piece of code or a module 4) Do not like people who post lots of questions over a 2 month period asking for software that can do this and that, when they are attempting to make money from the answers - or do you intend to go back and pay all those that helped you when the site is launched? Sorry - I don't mean to sound bad, but there are a lot of talented, professional developers trying to make a living, and can't because people think it's simple to put business sites together, because 'anyone can do it!'
