hi, visit http://phpMyAdmin.sourceforge.net download it , install on ur server or on your local pc(server recommeded) and then configure and use it. Also my piece of advice would be use google as the first friend and php objects or any mailing list be the second friend. As i feel that you can get a lot of info like this on google itself.
