Thanks for your help, but I don't need to edit php.ini on my system but I need to upload the files on my hosting server and how can I edit their php.ini file, if it is possible please let me know even if I can override some settings of php.ini file at my remote hosting sever.

you need to modify the php.ini. 2MB is the default.
find your php.ini (i'm not familiar where it is on windows... probably
c:\php\ or something) and edit the php_max_upload size
