I'd check your HTTP server log file, and make sure the request is being fired
off.

You'll then need to add some debugging into the prototype script, around the
innerHTML update, to see if it's trying to action it.

What browser are you using - have you tried I.E?

I m working locally. 
I don t get any error, but just not any output from the ajax request.

Recently I had some problem with the "innerHTML" function. maybe they are
using the same in prototype...
