I think you use the wrong text format for the cronjob.

try to use this commands:
$cronCommand1 = "*/15 * * * * lynx -dump http://$url/cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1";
$cronCommand2 = "*/15 * * * * lynx -dump http://$url/email_cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1";
