Yup! The thing is, PHP wasn't very strong on OOP earlier on and just got really good in PHP5, no big secret there. I had to LEARN how to do it. Luckily, my husband is a .Net programmer and an old hand with other languages (like VB), so he could help me with the logic. Also, I'd done some Flash ActionScript and JavaScript programming earlier, so it made it easier to start to think in objects. I know a lot of old timers didn't even think PHP was a real programming languages without classes, but believe me, there was a LOT you could do even without using OOP ideas! :o)) -----Original Message----- From: php-objects@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:php-objects@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gurudatta Raut Sent: Saturday, February 25, 2006 4:04 AM To: php-objects@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: PHP - Three Tier Apps --- TechLDS <tech@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > The OOP framework makes it so much easier and I think there's not much > point using classes, Are U sure about this I have spent 8 years doing this stuff in Visual Basic, I cant imagine working without thinking in tiers. __________________________________________________________ Yahoo!
