parse XML(rss) file problem

   Hi,i need some help.I have an RSS file,actually i don't know if 
it's 100% a XML file,it has also something particular before some 
description tag,something like this:
 <enclosure url="http://www.bla.com/9568.jpg"; length="100" 
type="image/jpeg"/>

the enclosure tag does not close like regular XML file,i read the rss 
news with lastrss.php;my question is any way that it parse the picture 
 and show it(lastrss.php just ignore enclosure tag and i don't want 
that,i wanna use the picture),what do i have to modify there to work,
or if there is a way with XML Parser Functions to do that.
