I don't understant why in any case, whith file and whithout file in the
INPUT box the fonction is_uploaded_file is always false. Anyone knows why ?
if (!is_uploaded_file($_FILES['photoInternaute']['name']))
{
$errMessage = "No file uploaded";
}
