I just completed my preliminary Class to parse csv files. Yes, I know, there a thousands of them out there. I played with them all (or so it seems). After spending 3 days reading them, running them, and a few just trying to understand them (like PEAR), I just gave up and built my own; sort of. I found one on phpClasses.org that liked, but didn't quite do all that I needed. And it was buggy. So, I used it as a base and built up.
